She is the author of Winning the Hardware-Software Game: Using Game Theory to Optimize the Pace of New Technology Adoption.

Dr. Caldwell brings more than 20 years experience working internationally in multi-lingual standards development and collaborative project development. He is the former Assistant Director of the Center for East Asian Studies at Stanford University. He has written and taught about the Politics of Energy and the Environment and the application of statistical analysis to political and economic development. He serves as a sustainable development consultant who assists Eco-city and green building developers. He helps them to optimize sustainable development by effectively integrating waste to energy, renewable energy, energy efficiency and pollution reduction systems. He also helps them develop multilingual measurement and documentation systems so the lessons learned can be adapted to other projects.

Tony Chow, Vice President

Mr. Chow’s areas of expertise are Financial Accounting and Value Verification Operations in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Mutual Fund and Management Companies. He was previously with Saints Capital and Braven Capital as an Accounting Manager & Controller in San Francisco focusing on financial accounting and operations in their private equity, hedge fund and management divisions. Prior to that, Mr. Chow worked at HRJ Capital in Woodside as an Accounting & Operations Manager in their hedge fund-of-funds group solely managing their accounting and operations. In addition, Mr. Chow worked for Rothstein Kass, CPA Firm in Beverly Hills in the consulting group for hedge fund and private equity, which was acquired by BISYS and in turn purchased by Citigroup. He began his career in the mutual fund practice at State Street in Boston.
