Ruth Fisher, PhD, Vice President- Economics, applies advanced quantitative and economic principles to help clients assess various aspects of their business operations and markets, including: quantifying past and present costs, profits, and returns; and estimating expected future risks, costs, values, and returns.  Dr. Fisher is the author of Winning the Hardware-Software Game.

James Caldwell, PhD, Vice President-Energy Recovery is fluent in Chinese and has taught the Politics of Energy and the Environment, and statistical analysis of political and economic data. Dr. Caldwell specializes in building green energy alliances and energy systems integration for Eco-cities and sustainable neighborhoods.

Wilson Chandra, Vice President - Strategic Planning, has successfully developed new  global markets in internetworking products/services, including the Mobile Application Exchange in M2M and Climate Change industries.
